Nice full view of the stage. Only real complaint is that it's a little far back. I was leaning forward for basically the whole show - you do miss some of those costume and set details
If you have to sit near the back and need a little more seat room, this is a good one because there’s a little extra space on the end. It’s still pretty far and no elevators though. Still, it could be worse and does have an little extra space.
A good view, but pretty far away. Also, there were no elevators and a LOT of stairs, so that was difficult for my dad and I wish I’d known before. Apparently they’re getting elevators in 2026. It’s a beautiful theater inside though!
Last seat far left in the row , but front row of the balcony so no one is in front of you, very roomy. The left of stage is cut off by equipment a little bit. But in our case for the show there wasn't much activity there. I would sit there again.

The stairs to at the other end of the row have a railing but no railing on the stairs closest to these seats. No elevator access.

The view of the stage was great! You only miss just a little of the far left of the stage. Only downside was tight legroom
Great seat, lots of leg room, short row. Obstructed view - you'll miss things at stage left & upstage. We had seats 34/36/38. 34 is middle of the row & can see better. If this was my 1st time seeing a show I was excited about, might want a different seat.

Can't see the right side of the stage very well and too far for face expressions, but most of the stage within clear view. Not a bad seat for the price.
nice clear view of the full stage, even though it is a bit further back. maybe it was just for this particular show, but the audio was lacking a bit.

A little far away, I found myself leaning forward on and off throughout the performance. But overall good seats! Can see most of the stage, just the far right side is cut off

Pretty decent seats, you can see the stage pretty well from here. Camera will make it seem a little farther away
