Everything about this seat is fantastic. Great almost-center view of the stage. The sound is so crisp and perfect from this seat. Seating for this venue is also extra roomy and scooting past people is never an issue.
Good seats, can see the whole stage with great sound. Each "row" is quite large to accommodate room for walking, so Row 31 was pretty far back. I wouldn't sit much further back than this. Seats are pretty crammed together.

This was taken before the show, it ended up getting cancelled due to the massive hail storm. The seat was amazing though 🤍
