Good seats. A little off center, but great view anyway. Seats are padded. Very comfy with plenty of leg room and not squished between the people on either side of you. There's a pit of people in-between seated areas and the stage. I'll post another pic.

No guard rails in-front of stage so you can get extremely close
There is no AA, so BB is the very front row. Also no guard rails at this arena.
