If you have no heads in the way, like I did, this is an amazing view. I always say this but the seats are a little narrow so I feel like I'm up against my neighbor but not terrible. Also the rake is a bit odd so at curtain call it can be hard to see.
Not terrible, not great. Seats are not too tiered so if someone tall is sitting in front of you, you may not be able to see much. A good distance from the stage though

Limited view seat. When action was in the back of the stage (rarely), about 2/3 of it was cut off. The tix was a good value and I liked being so close to the stage (esp w/dance). This production used the wing right in front of me some, which was cool!
Super aisle seat despite seat being very narrow! No seats in front of you so you can stretch out legs. Near exit door to Gazebo Bar outdoor area.

Pro: can see over head in front of you. View and sound were good Con: I think it's a temporary seat so it rattled every time I shifted position, and wasn't really comfortable

Nice close view of the stage with a bit of extra legroom on the right. Very narrow seat with little legroom. But it's Ogunquit Playhouse so the high-quality productions make up for the cramped seating!
Partial view seat; missed some of the stage left and upper level action. Tradeoff is that you are very close so you see facially expressions well at a discount price. Extra legroom and space between your seat and the wall. Too low arm rests constrict.
Partial view where action on extreme stage left and back center upper level are missed. Very uncomfortable tight seat. Tradeoff of being close and a discount price was worth it.
GET THE BACK ROW. I don't love this theater for the seating chart but for the first act of the show I sat down and leaned over a little and I was fine. But for the second act I STOOD/LEANED AGAINST THE CHAIR and I could see everything and I wasn't blocking Anyone and the usher said it was fine too. So if I go to this theater again I would get back row.

Perfect view of the stage. Very central. Only downside is tight legroom and the seat itself is pretty narrow, feels tight in between your neighbors.

Great view! There is an aisle two rows up so the chance of heads blocking the view is slim unless someone tall is sitting directly in front of you.
Pretty good view, and this seat has extra leg room.

I don't love these seats but I will recommend getting the last row because you can sit up on your seat to see over all the people
