Seat 8 looks like it is on the aisle but there is a pillar blocking access so you have to enter from the other aisle. These seats are also listed as obstructed view but for a comedy show, that was not an issue.

The view was not bad, had a nice clear view. I will say if the person sitting infront of you is tall you might have issues recording, but besides that the seat was not bad

Classic small, old, gorgeous theater. Steep stairs and narrow aisles. Speakers obstructing view that affected maybe 40%

Good seats with good view & leg room close to stage tightly close together.
We all stood up and at times my view was blocked by taller people in front of me. Otherwise, the seats are elevated at an angle so that helped.

Great view of entire stage. Rows are a little tight so a tall person might be hitting their knees when they sit.
