Excellent seat. It’s really close that you can see the expressions of actors clearly, and price is second level so a truly worthy experience. The only downside is that if there’s smoking scene and the stage-used smoke smells really bad because you’re close

Lottery ticket - amazing seat! Pretty cramped though but what are you going to do.

View from this seat is great. However, I am 5'10 and there was BARELY any room for me. Legs SO squished. A few rows behind me was actually open and during intermission I moved my seat to give myself more legroom.

Good seat. No row directly in front makes for good sight-lines (although slightly off to side).

Aisle seat with extra leg room below, bc the seat has a step down under your left leg. Leg room for the other seats is pretty scant. Seats are tight together, but armrests do not pinch or hurt your sides if you are a larger person. Very good view.

Last row in the Front Mezz. May seem a little far away, but this is one seat from center aisle. Great full view of the stage.

Perfect seat. Almost dead center and a low stage so no neck craning. Not a lot of leg room

Good seats. Little obstructed view of left stage but didn’t it’s any action.

Very good seat. The slant of the rear mezzanine is steep enough that no one is blocking your view unless someone in front of you is leaning forward in their seat instead of sitting back. It didn't feel too far from the stage. Actors could be seen and heard clearly. Even scenes that were above the main stage were unobstructed. Leg room might not be great for a tall person.
