Nice visibility, 2 steps elevation, 2 seats only in this row... so no neighbors which is nice. Sound is balanced and great. Some foot traffic due to the stairs nearby, that’s the biggest con.
Good view of the stage at an angle from the left side. We couldn’t see the video on the screen behind the band which was a big part of the show. We had the Jumbotron right in front of us but it didn’t show the background video. The chairs are pretty small.

The seat were on the aisle. They seemed to be dead center. But a little high up but not bad at all.
