It may look like the part of the stage is blocked but it is not. These seats, although at the back, gave us a clear view of the stage.

Chicago Cubs vs St. Louis Cardinals

The staircase is to the right of the seats and has a lot of traffic. There is a pole/post right by the seat so if you sit all the way back it will block your view slightly. The seats are covered which is nice.
