Great private box, freestanding seat with no arms. Do need to lean forward or sit close to see the stage but it's still comfortable. Huge climb on the stairs and not entirely accessible though.

Great view, slightly restricted view to any happenings on the same side of the stage but this seat means you can lean forward to catch anyone near the front. Freestanding seat with no arms, ample leg room.
