horrible ! Right by the stairs and your view is blocked when people come up and down ! The bar on the railing for the stairs is directly blocking some of your view.

Great seats ! Under cover. Venue is slanted so all seats are elevated and you can see.

Very hot, no air flow! But good seats to see. Lots of steps!

Great seats!!!! Full view!!! Monkeys flew right over our heads! Cast was on the stairs singing and also main characters perform on the corner of the stage. It's 7 rows from the front. Absolutely perfect! My daughter used one of there booster seat pads and could see perfect also! Plus price was cheaper / same as mezzanine front.
