Photo taken standing at seat 3. The stage is ~5 ft high. The floor is flat, with plastic chairs. When a tall/large person sat in front of seat 4, it was hard to see. But with huge screens on either side of the stage, seeing the performers was fine.

Great view, very comfortable seats with plenty of knee room. The review is better than it looks. There really isn't a bad seat in the house.
